Health & Safety Issue Observed	egress blocked or insufficient path (doorway, hallway or stairwell)
Health & Safety Issue Details	See photo attached. Hallways throughout the building have clutter and tables and unsecured shelving. Egress issues if building has to be evacuated. While on inspection, many students and staff were in the halls attempting to leave for recess, hallways were completely blocked.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for removal of material blocking exit. For clarification on egress requirements contact Standards & Compliance Coordinator
Corrective Action Taken	Lost and Found items were on display for student/parent pick-up; all items have been removed and table has been removed as well
