Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There is an extension cord used as permanent wiring at the laptop. Other than the fact that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring (according to Electrical Code), it seems as though its use in this case is absolutely unnecessary. There is an outlet right there that can be used instead, since it's just two items plugged into the extension cord.
