Health & Safety Issue Details	The blinds on the one window don't seem to be working properly. It's highly recommended to have working window coverings for Lockdown. Apparently Islington JMS was on the list for blind replacements but the work was never done. In speaking with the Head Caretaker, he informed me that the FTL stated that ordering blinds falls under the Principal's purview and is not something that the Caretaker should or can put a notification in for.
