Health & Safety Issue Details	There appears to be numerous classroom doors throughout the school with paper on them. This is a Fire Code violation. Fire breaks (doors, windows) cannot have combustibles affixed to them according to the Fire Code.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
