Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	An extension cord is used as permanent wiring at the LCD projector. Simplest fix is to unplug at the end of each day. Also, I can't recall, but I think it was 206 that has an extension cord powering the HEPA unit (air purifier). In this case, the extension cord is not needed because the HEPA is very close to the outlet. I believe that Stanley said that he was going to take care of it.
