Health & Safety Issue Details	The egress from exit 4E was impeded by a lock, which was removed during the inspection. A work order for a safe egress mechanism has been placed.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for removal of material blocking exit. For clarification on egress requirements contact Chris Moore, Standards & Compliance.
Corrective Action Taken	Lock removed. Work order in to have fence modified.
