Corrective Action	Principal to ensure Curriculum Leader follows the labelling guidelines. Kits with necessary materials can be obtained through Boreal. Additional information is available on the Science Safety webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	grade 9/10 teachers had their lab set up and didn't have the proper temporary labels on the items and that is what was the issue.
