Health & Safety Issue Observed	guarding or shielding not in place
Health & Safety Issue Details	Guarding insufficient on the fan units on upper landing - SAP #10011149 and SAP # 10011125. This style of guarding is not to current code as per MoL Guidelines and TDSB standards. Fingers should not be able to pass through guarding (as per TDSB standard) - see photo. The location is at the bottom of the stairs leading into the electrical/transformer room before the boiler room and then go up the hand ladder and you'll see the fan units.
