Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for non-slip tape be applied to floor in front of machines in tech shops. These can be purchased by your FTL. If issue raised in a food prep/kitchen contact Food & Nutrition Services.
Corrective Action Taken	There are anti-slip strips applied to the floor in front of the machine. They are under the wood, which is currently being stored in the shop while the shop is not in use. You can see the strips in the photo included.
