Corrective Action	Principal to set up screening station as outlined in the Operational Guidelines for Elementary and Secondary schools.
Corrective Action Taken	This is not correct. We have a screening station at our entry and all visitors are either greeted by the Caretaker or the Office Staff who then oversee specific screening requirements. Please indicate the specific aspects that seemed to be missing and we will address them, but, at this time, we would appreciate more details. Thank you.
