Corrective Action Taken	-the N95 masks have been available upon request in the office since last week prior to this inspection ( as of Tuesday, January 4, 2022)-box was provided to Head Caretaker last week prior to this inspection, just in case someone came when there is no-one in the office-will put a sign up indicating N95 Masks available upon request from the office or caretakingÃ¢â‚¬Â¨-follow up email to staff informing them of mask availability
