Health & Safety Issue Observed	inappropriate storage of materials/furniture/shelving, or clutter
Health & Safety Issue Details	Access to mechanical room requires entrance into crawl space via pre-existing ladder. Entrance to mechanical room from crawl space includes a small opening. Crawlspace contains uneven ground (sand), trip hazards (glass, plastic, lumber, wires, etc.), ceiling is low with exposed wiring and piping. Please see photo attached
