Google Translate Limitations Disclaimer

The electronic translation service on the Toronto District School Board website is hosted by Google Translate, a third party service. The TDSB does not guarantee or warrant the reliability, accuracy or completeness of any translated information.

The quality of the translation will vary in some of the languages offered by Google. Google Translate is a free service and currently offers translation in over 100 languages, but does not capture all languages or dialects.

The basic translation goal is to capture the general intention of the original English material. Before you act on translated information, we encourage you to confirm any facts that are important to you or may affect any decisions you make.

Arrival Information

We would like to welcome all international students coming to study at the TDSB. For additional arrival information, including registration, orientation and assessment details, please review the Arrival Information for New International Students.

Reporting and Orientation Schedule for New Students February 2019

Before school starts, students and their custodian must first report to the International Students and Admissions Office. Students must bring the following required documents with them:

  • Study Permit (copy only)
  • Passport (copy only)
  • Notarized Custodian Documents & Notarized Parental Documents (2 copies)
  • All missing documents listed in the Official Letter of Acceptance Package (copy only)
  • Completed Newcomer Profile Form (2 copies) 
  • Most recent school report cards / transcript (copy only)
  • Immunization Record (More Information Found Here(copy only)
