Documentation in Alternative Format Form: Toronto District School Board will provide documents in an accessible format or with communication support, on request. We will consult with the person making the request to determine the suitability of the format or communication support. We will provide the accessible format in a timely manner and, at no additional cost. If you would like a document or any other piece of information in an alternative format, please fill out the TDSB Request for Documentation in Alternative Format Form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
