Health & Safety Issue Observed	safety equipment and systems are not accessible, blocked or damaged (ie; fire pull station, fire hose, panel, gas feed, water shut off, blocked breakers)
Health & Safety Issue Details	CO Detector needed for Boiler room. For reference TDSB Guidelines GU.FAC.044 Spills and Leaks for carbon monoxide. Also, boilers are not just in basement but first and multiple floors in schools beside ACADEMIC SPACE. Especially with the Load during winter months, boilers are running continuously and Air Handling Units are offline (No fresh air in building) by (Building Automation Systems) from 6pm to 7am it is vital for a CO detector to be installed. Once installed please have it dated and calibrated yearly.
