The TD Mentorship Program is designed to support Black high school students who are curious about careers in finance, banking, and business. Through bi-weekly sessions facilitated by TD professionals and other financial-sector experts, students gain exposure to real-world experiences, mentorship, and industry knowledge.
Participants will explore topics such as capital markets, financial literacy, business strategy, leadership, and career development while strengthening their confidence, communication, and networking skills. The program uses a hybrid model (virtual and in-person) over a 10-week period, culminating in an in-person wrap-up event featuring a trading-floor tour and capital-markets simulation.
