Trustee Bio

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my web page.

It is my pleasure to be the elected public school board Trustee for Ward 12. My role is to advocate for you and your child, and to represent the needs of all students and parents/guardians/caregivers across the Toronto District School Board.

I am a University of Guelph graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and I currently work as a dentist. Since 2018, I have been actively involved in my community – sitting on the Claude Watson School for the Arts school council.

As a husband and father of two, I want to ensure my children – and all students – have access to quality education that will lead to opportunities for success. As a Trustee, I plan to focus my time on advocating for strong mental health and wellbeing supports for all students, and building strong partnerships within school communities to support student learning.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and experiencing new food and activities that our wonderful city has to offer.

On the TDSB website, and on this page, you can stay informed on what’s happening at the Board, including policies under review, program updates, and discussions around new initiatives to improve student success. You can also learn more about ways you can get involved and participate in the education process, like attending Board meetings or checking out volunteer opportunities.

Education is a shared responsibility, and I welcome and encourage your participation in our public school system.
