City View Alternative is located on the 3rd floor of Shirley Street P. S. near Dundas St. and Landsdowne Ave. The school has been operating for 19 years.  If you are interested in education for peace and social justice, this is the place for you.  Many of the subject areas are taught through the lens of race, class, gender, sexuality, and ability.  We share a common philosophy, and parents and students choose the school in order to be engaged in social justice both locally and globally. 
Academic expectations are very high.  We have a full rotary program. We expect a high level of commitment to the program.
