The Toronto District School Board is committed to equity and community engagement, and by providing this tool, we are making our information more accessible to families whose first language is not English.

Elmbank Junior Middle Academy (GR. JK-08)

Excellence for all no matter what it takes!
Elmbank Junior Middle Academy, located at the corner of Martin Grove and Finch Avenue West, in the heart of Jamestown, has been a landmark in this neighbourhood since it was built in 1967.
The area is very high in its needs and rich in its ethnic, cultural and socio-economic diversity. It prides itself as a model for harmony among the various groups. The school continues to serve as a focal point for the community.  We believe thin a quote from Elder Duke Redbird, that 'The Pride and Spirit of the People equals the Power of the Land.'

The school serves approximately 350 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 with a variety of educational experiences and diverse needs.

This school was involved in a Pupil Accommodation Review. View the latest information shared with the community or visit our review page for further information.
