Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on door - Fire Code violation. Because doors are fire breaks, fire rated, and exits from rooms/areas, there should be no combustibles on them.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal spoke with the teacher and door was cleared off to ensure fire code is not violated.
