Health & Safety Issue Details	No Notifications of Risks of Workplace Violence were readily available (or visible to the Inspector) in the main office, accessible to workers at the site who could reasonably be expected to come into contact with such risks in the course of their daily duties. Such notification is mandated by law, and as the legal Site Supervisor under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Principal should make the documents available to workers at the site, and to certified workers conducting inspections for the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Of course it's possible that the Site Supervisor fulfills their duty here to workers without such notifications being otherwise available in the office, but it's customary at many schools that these are available behind the front desk.

Corrective Action	Caretaker/Principal - Resolution - do what you can to ensure this area/room is accessible to the OH&S inspector at next inspection. If no specific Resolution is required, enter, NO ACTION required.
Corrective Action Taken	If you come during school closures, please try to connect with a caretaker on site. When you came on December 30th, the caretaker was not informed that you needed access to specific locations.
