Health & Safety Issue Details	Door is not being propped open intentionally however the bracket for the door is bent in a way that disallows the hinge to close.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor to remind staff that this is a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	The door in question is no longer being prop open and is opening and closing freely
