Health & Safety Issue Details	INSPECTION TAG REQUIRES REPLACEMENT.As per Ontario Fire Code (O. Reg. 213/07), Division B, Section 6.2.7.2, fire extinguishers must be inspected, tested, and maintained in accordance with NFPA 10 (Standard for Portable Fire Extinguishers). This includes ensuring that inspection tags are up to date and properly attached to verify compliance with maintenance schedules. Failure to replace outdated or missing tags may result in non-compliance and reduced fire safety readiness.
