Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The PA speaker is not operable and required to update communication for any possible threats to school.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	PA system is working correctly and can be heard clearly in the room. Indicator light is not turning on. Service has been requested to repair the light prior to resumption of classes - if the issue persists, a plan will need to be developed.
