Health & Safety Issue Observed	temperature does not meet TDSB Guideline
Health & Safety Issue Details	Temperatures in these portables often fall below or above TDSB guidelines. Heating systems should be checked and steps should be taken to increase airflow and reduce heat and humidity during warm weather. Quality of fans should be improved and the rear doors in each portable should be reopened, as designed. Installation of portable air conditioning units should also be considered.

Corrective Action Taken	portables 4 - 6 do not have rear doors. Which was brought up upon delivery. TDSB will not install AC in portables 4-6. These concerns about air flow have been an on going discussion. These concerns should be directed to upper management
