Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Signage should be added at the various entrances to the portable area to indicate that there are classes going on during the school day and unauthorized individuals should keep off the property and not loiter. Security cameras should also be added to cover this area.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	Will order signage to be posted by the portable area.
