Health & Safety Issue Details	ANNUAL TAG REPLACEMENT PAST DUE:The fire extinguisher's annual inspection tag is overdue for replacement, and there is no available space to record a new inspection. As per Ontario Fire Code (O. Reg. 213/07), Division B, Section 6.2.7.2, fire extinguishers must be inspected, tested, and maintained according to NFPA 10 standards. A new inspection tag must be installed immediately to ensure compliance and proper documentation of maintenance records.
