Health & Safety Issue Details	Significant corrosion and perforation have been observed on a duct in the mechanical room, caused by an ongoing water leak from the ceiling. The source of the leak is unknown, and the damage may compromise air quality depending on whether the duct is part of the supply or return system. Immediate investigation and repair are required to prevent potential exposure to contaminated air.
