Health & Safety Issue Details	The humidifier unit in the mechanical room has a bent access panel, creating a potential physical hazard for staff. The exposed and deformed panel could cause cuts or other injuries and may also allow contact with internal electrical components. Immediate repair or replacement of the panel is required to ensure a safe working environment.
