Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Several doors throughout the school have combustibles and or paper affixed to them. This is a Fire Code violation. Please see attached document. No combustibles/paper should be affixed to door (or door window) because this compromises the fire rating of the door and puts staff and students at risk during a fire emergency with doors being the only exit point from classrooms.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	WE have included this item for our next staff meeting at the end of November once gain. We will review guidelines and ensure that all said materials are removed.
