Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	According to Toronto Fire Services, and the TDSB, there should be absolutely no combustibles on doors (eg. paper). Doors are fire breaks and are fire rated. Putting combustibles on them ifies the door's secondary purpose in the event of a fire. Please see attachment and share with Staff. Thank you.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	All standards will be reviewed with the staff at our next staff meeting on April 24th.
