Health & Safety Issue Details	The house phone in the classroom is currently not working. Administration has committed to providing walkie-talkie as an interim measure and caretaking has confirmed a work order has been placed for a resolution.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	Notification # 13936853 has been entered on Sept. 7 /2023 and a walkie-talkie has been given to the room for current use.
