Health & Safety Issue Details	Fridge cord is plugged into a non-surge protected extension cord to reach electrical outlet. Fridge should be directly plugged into outlet and/or surge protected extension cord to mitigate hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Spoke with staff and they will relocate the fridge to a place where it can be plugged in directly to an outlet.
