Health & Safety Issue Details	Active leak from the ceiling, with significant water pooling on the floor. Repair of ceiling will mitigate hazard.

Corrective Action Taken	Open notification 14051590 for this repair. We can't run the AC unit due to massive leaking condensation. This also knocked out our 3rd floor north lighting, which has not yet been repaired.
