Health & Safety Issue Observed	inappropriate storage of materials/furniture/shelving, or clutter
Health & Safety Issue Details	Boxes stored too high above cabinets. Members have requested caretakers to safely lower to appropriate level. Also materials are within the 12 inch spacing between items placed and ceiling. Possible fire hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The Best Practices for Clean, Safe and Healthy Schools document outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Principal spoke with teacher, and they will remove the boxes from the storage above the cabinet. Will review Housekeeping Memo at next staff meeting.
