Health & Safety Issue Details	Please remind staff that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring, and if there's no other choice but to use them throughout the day, they will need to be unplugged at the end of each working day. See photo.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Staff member was reminded to unplug overnight. Clutter was removed, and reminded not to daisy chain power bars. Cord covers were ordered and will be installed when delivered.
