Health & Safety Issue Details	Materials are being stored in fan room, obstructing clear path access to the units and posing a hazard. Removal of materials and equipment from fan room will mitigate hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The Best Practices for Clean, Safe and Healthy Schools document outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Full disclosure - this hazard was identified before I took over the school. Informed afternoon/evening caretakers not to store items in the said room and to remove their items.
