Health & Safety Issue Details	The exit door is obstructed by shelves, bins, and various stored items, violating Ontario Fire Code 2.7.1.7.(1), which mandates that exits be kept free of obstructions at all times. This blockage could delay or prevent safe evacuation during an emergency, posing a serious risk to occupant safety. Immediate removal of all items blocking the exit is required.
