Health & Safety Issue Details	Entire 2nd floor rooms 202, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207 & book storage room have had new window installed 4 years ago, below windows the plaster is breaking off in many places & leaving debris, looks like they didn't install a drip edge outside underneath these windows therefore causing this to happen. this is also happening on the first as well. They have come in to patch it up several times but problem still exits.
