Health & Safety Issue Details	TDSB policy requires fridge to only be in staffroom and not in office space. Personal based small fridge must therefore be removed

Corrective Action	Principals to refer to the Best Practices for Clean, Safe and Healthy Schools document, found on the OH&S Webpage. TDSB does not allow furniture to be brought in from home.
Corrective Action Taken	An exemption is being sought as this fridge/freezer is solely for the purpose of providing ice for student injuries. There is no other freezer within close proximity of the office for quick and easy access for the Office Administrator.
