Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The Best Practices for Clean, Safe and Healthy Schools document outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Emailed the Fairglen Staff with Regards to Health and Safety Items. The door to Seminar Room 3, must be kept closed and locked as it houses the paper cutter and binder press. In addition, I reminded staff to keep the room clear of clutter and referenced a Best Practices Guideline (attached Housekeeping Practices Memo).
