Corrective Action	Multiport to be taken out of use.
Corrective Action Taken	E-mailed OHS. The hazard that was identified pertains to an actual outlet splitter/multi-plug/multiport (not a power bar with a surge protector) that is usually plugged directly into the outlet which are not allowed at the Board. I will review this with the inspector. As long as the power bar is equipped with a surge protector, it is not overloaded and not being daisy chained to other extension cords, etc. the setup should be fine.
