Health & Safety Issue Details	There were mouse droppings spotted in various rooms (K1,K2, K3) nearby poison (see photo). Orkin continues to treat the infestation which is throughout the building both floors in multiple spaces.

Corrective Action Taken	Orkin still addressing issue. Cleaned around stations. Night staff will be made aware of situation and clean around bait nightly.
