Health & Safety Issue Details	Outside roof access has steel hooks to attach ladder and this looks damaged, cracked & part of roof siding has broken off directly next to hooks. Safer to relocate at a lower area of school as this access is directly above a newly installed City of Toronto Meter, not safe or an appropriate area to have this access. This access should not be used until checked that it's up to code.
