Health & Safety Issue Observed	safety equipment and systems are not accessible, blocked or damaged (ie; fire pull station, fire hose, panel, gas feed, water shut off, blocked breakers)
Health & Safety Issue Details	These 5 classrooms are the only ones in the school that don't have a door that locks, and 3 do not have an exterior wall to separate the classrooms from the hallway. Long-term, plans should be made to add exterior walls and doors that lock. In the meantime, all workers assigned to work in the area should be informed of the special lockdown plan for the area, be trained on that plan, and each provided with a key and roles to lock the area down from the hall entry doors.
