Corrective Action Taken	Work Order 13969985 was placed in Spring 2023. On 9 November 2023, the millwright assessed the door and determined the door was operating correctly and as designed. The door was properly balanced, proper stops were in place and it did not roll back down. Work order was closed by the millwright.
