Health & Safety Issue Details	If this room has chemicals stored in it (which it appears so), the eyewash at the tap should be working. I think the water is off to the tap. I didn't want to fiddle with it in case there's a leak.

Corrective Action Taken	The eyewash station was checked by plumber (WO 53490363, Notification 13969777) and determined that the prep room eyewash station, and all other eye wash stations in room 213 in working order.
