Health & Safety Issue Details	It appears as though there is a Notification in for this already, but for legalities, it must be noted again. Exposed moving parts (driveshaft ends) on Fan Sup AHU4 (no SAP available) and AHU5 (SAP #10005842). This old style of guarding is not to current code as per MoL Guidelines and TDSB standards. The exposed driveshaft ends pose a hazard and should be properly guarded - see photo
