Health & Safety Issue Details	It appears as though there is a Notification in for this already, but for legalities, it must be noted again. Exposed moving part (driveshaft end) on Fan Sup AHU1 (SAP #10005201). This old style of guarding is not to current code as per MoL Guidelines and TDSB standards. The exposed driveshaft end poses a hazard and should be properly guarded - see photo
