Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	It is highly recommended to post a Staff Directory at each and every phone. At the very least, the Main Office extension should be posted at each phone. This is in case of an emergency situation when an Itinerant or Occasional Teacher is in the room. They may not know what the Main Office extension is, as they are different for schools. Rooms noted during this inspection requiring a directory are: S2 (Auto), S10 (Wood), S11 (Wood), 105, 100.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	All Occasional Teachers and staff are provided with a folder upon arrival with emergency contact information. Main office extensions are bring created for each classroom starting with the rooms identified.
